I received the login information for Justice Online and had some difficulties initially. But after emailing their customer support, I received new login information and everything worked great. Even when I encountered additional difficulties later in the game, their customer support provided additional information that helped me to figure everything out. I am very happy with their service and support.

Payed and got email and password 12 hours later. Tried to login and it didnt work

How meny time need  to finishing order?

I could never get a registration code from Netease to play game using U.S. mobile, or virtual sms.

I decided to buy an account since they were cheap. I am now logged into the game and playing, using VPN and the account I purchased here.

An email to CS here fixed a problem with the first ID and PW they provided very quickly.

I had a trouble for creating a gmail account there but finally got this one! Always be patient to get it :)
